Bad News: Apple Is the Most Profitable Company in History:
Exxon previously held the top three spots for annual profit. So, just to reiterate, Apple just reported the most profitable year of any company ever, the fourth-most profitable quarter of any company ever, and the stock tanked after hours.
[I don’t know what to make of the reporting. Anyone?]

It’s about meeting expectations which they did not and guidance for the future which was not so good. In short, the stock was way over priced.
